What if i don't see a product that i want listed in the online store?:
Our online store is pretty new and we are adding stock all the time as our range changes and expands. If you do not see something listed or want us too source something for you, just drop us a mail and we will be in touch.
Can I Purchase online and Collect in Store?:
If you live in Cape Town, we can accommodate requests to collect from our store in Claremont. Just wait for the email stating that your order is complete before popping in to ensure that we have all your items in stock.
How long do special / back order items take to arrive?:
For any games not listed as available in stock, resupply can take anywhere between 4 – 6 weeks to arrive as these are imported. We will be in touch during the process or you can drop us a line for updates.

To qualify for Free Shipping, you need to spend R1 000 or more in order to qualify.

Yes! All payments are processed by Payfast or by direct EFT (which can cause a slight delay in processing as we need to wait for funds to clear). Visit Payfast to see how they ensure that your transactions safe and secure.
Returns Policy:
Returns will only be accepted on games that are found to be defective or faulty and that are returned to us with 14 days of purchase with all components and in the original packaging.
Is Free Shipping only available for online purchases?
Yes, free shipping is only available for online purchases. If you live in Cape Town, you can also choose to collect orders of less than R1 000 from our store in Claremont (once we confirm that this is ready for you).
HOw long will delivery take?:
Delivery will take approximately 2 – 3 days from receipt of the Order Complete mail which you will receive once your order is collected by the courier company.
